For new builds or extensions where the builder manages access and finishing.

Site survey or technical drawings for client approval.
Confirmation of all design details prior to manufacturing.
Delivery and off-loading of all windows and doors to the agreed on-site location.
Installation of windows and doors into prepared openings in accordance with current building regulations and industry standards – including securing them in the structural openings only.
Builder to provide access (e.g. scaffolding or prepared openings)

Migom Retrofit

For renovation projects where the builder is on site but Migom manages the fitting.

Site survey or technical drawings for client approval.
Confirmation of all design details prior to manufacturing.
Delivery and off-loading of all windows and doors to the agreed on-site location.
Removal of existing windows and doors.
Disposal of old units if a skip or disposal point is available on site – Migom can arrange disposal upon request; this is not included in the base price and will be reflected in the final cost unless specified earlier.
Installation of windows and doors into prepared openings in accordance with current building regulations and industry standards – including securing them in the structural openings only.
Builder to provide access (e.g. scaffolding).

Migom Complete

For homeowners seeking fully managed installation – a true start-to-finish solution.

Site survey or technical drawings for client approval.
Confirmation of all design details prior to manufacturing.
Delivery and off-loading of all windows and doors to the agreed on-site location.
Removal and disposal of existing windows and doors.
Installation of all units in accordance with current building regulations and industry standards.
External finish: silicone sealing and re-pointing around frames.
Internal finish: reveal re-plastering and caulking around gaps to prepare walls for painting. If paint is provided, Migom will repaint the repaired wall areas – note: full wall or full room painting is not included.
Installation of architraves and window boards (material supply not included).
